Vision to Reality Grant

Have you been dreaming about what your Library could be? Do you have an idea for a project or special collection that would bring joy to you and your Library users? AISL is here to help! Let us fund you, or get you started on your way to making your Library a dream come true.

The Vision to Reality Grant provides an AISL member librarian up to $1200 aimed at encouraging collaboration, bringing visibility to your Library, and assisting in turning your vision into a reality. Open to current members of AISL, limited to one proposal per school. The awarded money can be used for supplies, equipment, speaker fees, or other items that enhance the library and its programs. It cannot be used as supplementary income to compensate you for your time. The project must be completed by the end of the 2025-2026 school year, otherwise the funds will be returned to AISL. Winners agree to share their experiences on the AISL Independent Ideas Blog within one calendar year of completion.
